Processing time for your order is 1 - 3 business days after your payment is received and accepted. Business days neither include weekend nor federal holidays.
Shipping in the United States will be shipped via USPS priority mail and a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Packages should arrive within 2-5 business days after being shipped - please check your tracking number.
International packages will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International and tracking information will be provided for shipment.
PongMobile is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages after the delivery has already been made and confirmed by the USPS. In these cases, the customer is responsible for contacting the USPS and submitting a claim for their packages that were lost or stolen. PongMobile will neither provide a refund nor send new products if the shipment's tracking number has been confirmed and delivered to the address.
